What counts as an emergency
True emergencies require immediate action: collapse or unconsciousness, severe bleeding, suspected poisoning, difficulty breathing, road traffic accidents, seizures lasting more than 2 minutes, severe trauma, heatstroke, or inability to urinate (especially in male cats).
